Focus on heart/lungs/muscle endurance. It's a circuit-based class targeting heart/lungs, strength, and power for a comprehensive whole body workout.
Concentrate on overload and strength. This workout targets muscles, toning up all major muscle groups in a fun and friendly way, with less jumping and more focus on correct technique.
Every Monday and Thursday – from 09.30 til 10.30 I run a group exercise class online via Zoom.
