Welcome to my funpage. This section is all about my routines for aerobics (or HiLo as its now called), Step and Body Conditioning.
Over time, it will include videos of my routines together with Progression Sheets of those routines.
Those of you who know me know that I like to do balanced, tap free routines in 32 count blocks. I am not saying that you can't tap...its your choreography! I know what I like and I like what I know.
