Welcome to my fitness page. This section is all about personal training, weights, instability and fitness programmes.
I am a qualified trainer, sports therapist, GP Referral specialist and masseur. I have also worked with special populations (including pre & post natal) and Phase IV cardiac rehab clients. I am Register of Exercise Professional qualified - Advanced Level 3.

For my clients, it's important that they trust me and my judgement. The most important part, to me, of 'Personal Trainer' is the personal part. Any good trainer can train you; my clients know me, trust me and believe what I ask (I mean tell) them to do.
If I am not the right trainer for you, then I know that we can find the right one. I have many friends in the industry that I respect and would be happy to pass on their details to you. Many of them work with me Adappt at my personal training studio. Have a look at www.adappt.info
This site will also let me give clients a programme on the net. Over time, any exercise I give will have a reference number,my clients can then have a look at the photo of that exercise to remind them of what to do.
It will also include articles and information I have collected and base my training principles on.
